Well another one of my tractors is heading down the road. A fellow that I know, was looking for a crawler to buy at a recent tractor show. We made a deal yesterday, and will deliver it next week. It has a unique sn# 3001000.
It is going to a good home and will be well cared for.

Its Like Marrying off a Daughter ,.,.You want them to get a good home , Even though you know they are gonna have a life that might get tuf at times ,,It's a very good thing to find a nice older machine with hardly any wear taken off of it .and be able to put it to work.without having to worry about modern bull s--t problems thats stuck all over the new junk.
 

I put a lot of seat time on a model a little newer than that one. I made a lot of roads for farmers in our hilly country. Made it a lot safer for them to bring loads off their ridge top fields.
 
Yes, you are spot on, you want these special tractors and dozers to go to a good home that will care for them and make it possible they go on.

Chuck, my guess is there was "barley sandwich's" involved!
