Looks like a model Jay-Eye-See or Model Y frame used from 1924 - 1927.
The photo here is from the Jay-Eye-See Parts Book.
I think your frame has been reinforced on both ends and the springs beefed up.
Might want to duct tape the hubs or find cheap caps to keep the moisture out.
Have the wheel spokes been cut down? I can't tell for sure but the rims and tires didn't look right to me.
Pretty neat piece to have in the yard. I looked at purchasing it some time ago but the guy was way up in the clouds on the price at the time. Glad you got it.

Wow.. Good snooping. This frame was turned into a trailer with a steerable tongue. Many springs have been added. Has lots of asphalt on the right rear corner. May have a been a portable mix plant? Your diagram looks to be right on ! A wee bit of the front frame is cut off as well. Maybe I will make a trailer out of it again, and put my 5 foot Buzzard on and other neat Case stuff.
Thanks StrawBoss

Some years back I ran across a Case car body in a pasture. On the yard was the frame and engine and trans. all complete. I was number seven on the list of guys wanting to buy. Made a offer on the 25-45 crossmotor but nothing came of it. Next time I was there it was all gone....don't know who got it. Maybe someone on this forum.
