Case 930 CK PTO Doesn't Disengage

I think this is a common problem, but never fixed this before so I figured Id ask the experts here.

PTO works fine and dosen't slip, but when I try to disengage it, it still turns. Sometimes, after I shut the tractor down, having used the PTO. Then start it back up a few days later (with the lever down) the PTO will still turn.

Makes for a PITA when hooking up anything with a PTO.

Does that description make any sense? How big of an issue is fixing this and how do I go about it?
 
You more than likely have PTO clutch disc's with a little warpage, this causes enough drag that the brake can not hold the PTO in the stopped position. The PTO housing
will have to be removed from the tractor to check and replace any disc's. Rod.

I don't have a service manual for this tractor, but would a service manual have the info on how to do that?

Also how hard are PTO clutch disc's to come by? And I think it would be safe to assume the brake is worn out, how hard would that be to reline or find a replacement?
