when i step on the inching petal the tractor comes to a dead stop almost like it is being held. sometimes if i let up a little on the inching petal the tractor will start to roll like it's in neutral (what i would expect to happen when i push the inching petal to the floor)the tractor is jumpy when i let out the inching petal a swell. I have replaced the c1-c44 swap switch and it isn't much better. I don't understand what would make it feel like the tractor is being held instead of being in neutral...
