Case 1060 combine settings

I am looking for any information regarding the operation of the old case 1060 combines. I will be looking at running it in 100bu oats and would like to have it set correctly so we do not loose much.
Any information would be much appreciated. thanks

Tom, you could set that machine in the yard, and send him to the field and he wouldn't throw over! My Dad could also do that

I still had to make adjustments in the field....
 
Dan, I must still know how as I switched the 600 over from alfalfa seed to Barley last week, took her to the filed and she was close,, I did have to adjust the air a bit,, we had a heck of a storm cell hit last night here, over 1" of rain and hail in less than 20 min,, not sure if I have any thing left to cut this morning,, would have been done but the fields left have had four hail storms now and they were regrowing and I was getting too many green kernels,, you know how farming goes sometimes your the windshield sometimes your the bug this year I have been the bug lol

Dan,, the pic above is the same field I posted on the above post first I had cut yesterday with the 600,, the windrows about got beat into the ground,, the second pic is what is left of my last 30 acres of Barley, a cell passed over us and dropped 2-3 inches of rain and hail in less than 20 min

Geez Tom, that's a dump, but man we might take it here as were dry as we are. I love that little "600" you must really enjoy gettin her out there and letting her work.

Thanks guys for the information harvest has been going really well if you can look around the break downs. The 1060 has been running awesome and giving me nice results in the tank. Have the last 5 acres to clean up today. Just wondering casenutty where do you get parts for these old girls? Here in canada case dosnt supply any of the belts anymore. I blew the variable speed drive belt yesterday afternoon case couldnt even find a match. Just wondering anyway. Ill put some pics of our 1060 in action soon
