2090 power shift troubles

More than likely you have damage of some sort in your powershift to a clutch pack or a stuck pilot spool in the control valve or both. A complete pressure check of the system should confirm where the problem is. Rod.
 

It is the same style valve but located on the side of the tractor instead. in reverse you should have pressure on C4 only with the clutch pedal down and C2 should increase in pressure as the clutch is let up, there should be no pressure in C1 or C3. Pressure in any one of the other indicates a stuck pilot spool. ou may also check lube pressure to make sure it is proper, 75 lbs would be ok for that.
 


I think 180 was low spec but I always keep them at 210. Do your pressure tests and post them so we can see them.
