Timing marks Case 310C

Non starting Case Crawler 310C.
Does anyone know what the two timing lines under the timing cover read? As you can see mine are unreadable.
If anyone can share timing manual section for the 310C, that would be awesome.

Clean the flywheel better. Fold a strip of sand paper over the end of a stick that will fit into the timing hole. Turn engine over with the starter if it won't start, while holding the stick against the flywheel.
 
You can figure that out even if all you have is the lines. The flywheel turns CCW so the top line will be BTDC and the lower line is TDC. Look at the pic of this G148 cid engine, the top line IGN is 4 BTDC where the engine is designed to run in this application. The top line is most likely your IGN line but it will start and run with timing on either line, just easier to start with the engine slightly advanced.

It depends on what year the engine was built. My 1956 G148 is timed a lot differently. I think it's 7/32" before the TDC mark, I think. I don't have the book within reach right now.
