I am needing a little input. On my 930CK the first time I got it running the 3 point seem to raise and lower the first couple of times i tried it. Then I drained out the oil and replaced the brake shaft, put it back together and new oil. It raised the one time I tried it then I let it down and it doent want to raise now. If I throttle all the way up it will raise very very very slowly.
I checked the pressure at the remotes and I have 2500lbs. So I am sure the pump is ok enough to raise and lower better than it is. I took the draft control valve off the tractor and the trigger poppet piston is free and seems to work ok. The Lowering popet piston seemed a little hard to get out and it may have been stuck but after removing and lubing it it seems to move easily in the bore.
The flow control piston was stuck, I couldnt pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. So I shot in some wd40 and used a flat end punch and tapped it in a little then it freed up and the spring pushed it back out and I pulled it out easily. I lubbed it up and now it moves easily in the bore.
Would the flow control piston being stuck prevent the arms 3 point arms from going up? Maybe a combination of the lowering piston in addition to it?
I have never messed with this vavle before so not real sure how it all works together. I have the manuals just looking for your help. I think I found the problem would like to know if there is some agreement with it.
thanks for your help.
