Well the purchase agreements are
signed to buy this farm and sell our
house! So now I will finally have a
place to store my "stuff" inside and
even a shop to work in! It's 58 acres
total with about 50 tillable, and fair
soil with no rocks too. The house is
pretty nice and won't need much but
minor fixing and paint. I'm not sure
on the size of the barn, but it had 40
cows. The pole shed is 40x60 and the
quonset is 32x48. Guess I'll have a
busy summer now with moving and such! I won't be milking in the barn, but I'll have to find something to do with it. It sure is a nice building.

Congrats Jon, Looks like a nice place, those barns are great even if you do not milk cows. Wish we had one on our acreage, Rod.

Congratulations! It will be good to see some life breathed back into that farmstead. Your skills will come in handy to fix it back up again. Don

Great buy Jon. I bought a similar property in 1980. Was former dairy farm and lots of buildings. House was a disaster, but all buildings were great. Never had to let anything set out. Divorce forced sale later.

Whew!! What a relief!! When I read the caption I told Chris to brush off my suit, I thought I was coming out to say a final "good bye". Good Luck!! Hope you have many productive years there!!

You should come visit before the suit is needed! It will be more fun. Now I'll actually have something to show too.

Congratulations! Barn looks really nice. Now you will have to get a 140 or 230 Case square bailer to fill that hay loft!

I have a 200 and a 220 baler, 287 rake, number 7 mower and 955 swather and 1 hay wagon for hay. Those are all in decent condition.
