5.9 cummins

Anybody put a 5.9 cummins in a 400-830 CASE tractor? How did it work out? I am in the process right now. It seems to be a challenge but I think it will work. Wil try to post some pics stay tuned.

Friend did it. Had to widen the hood and cowl. Had it set at about 350 hp. He owns a machine shop and is a fanatic about doing things right.

What do you plan to do with it? High speed tractor pulls in light classes maybe. Parade an oddity okay. Serious field work-- way too much power and heat into the tranny.
