I have been asked for this information for a man who wants to paint his Eagle and need a bit of help.
I have the article from the Heritage Eagle magazine (Summer 2015 No.110) which explains in detail how to do this.
This article gives the paint codes and detailed instructions but the pictures are black and white and poor quality.
Wasn't there another article done in one of the Case magazines that somebody showed his project and his step by step process in full color?
I've flipped through quite a few back issues of Old Abe News and Heritage Eagle and haven't found it yet. Its possible I've
misplaced that issue or I'm just imagining there ever was one. Anybody else remember seeing this article and can tell me what issue? For example; I remember the writer talking about how many days he had to let each color dry before the next color could be applied. That type of information was not in the original article. Also, since the article was in color, it couldn't have been from too many years ago.
I would appreciate any help in finding this info. Thanks.
