Case A 12-20 Engine/Tune Up Specs Needed ....

I'm searching for a friend who is in the process of getting another fellow's Case 12-20 fired up and running. I have a bit of engine info from Tractor Data but it's pretty limited (size, bore, stroke, etc). He could use some extra info, especially related to valve clearances (hot, cold, or either) as well as ignition timing (and procedures for timing if someone has that). I've done a lot of internet Googling etc without much luck so far.
