Nice looking tractor. When would the "D" have been available with rubber tires? When would a starter have been available? While I have two D's. I've never studied the seriel number/year breaks for the different improvements. gobble

The D was available with rubber as well as electric start from the beginning of production in 39. The very last C models were also available with electric start I believe as well. The C was available with rubber from 1934 on, as you will see many 36, 37, 38 models on factory rubber. Many of the early D models were shipped to Canada, and a large portion of those were equipped with steel. Many 43 models were on steel due to war rationing on rubber. After 43, very few were equipped with steel.

The serial tag starts with 46 so it must be a 42
