vac torque tube oil

I read the online manuals on VAC and want to make sure as to what oil I put in the torque tube on a vac with eagle hitch. It says 90w on those manuals. Just want to make sure it isn't different for eagle hitch tractors...seems heavy to me for hydraulics and that is where the oil for the hydraulics is, am I right?

90wt is only used if No Eagle hitch or live hyd system is on the tractor, with EH or the live pump system use any good hyd oil,, I use Hy-Tran but thats me,, also a 10wt motor oil can be used
cnt

Glad I asked. I thought 90 did not seem right. It still goes in the torque tube though?

The torque tube is also the hydraulic oil reservoir. It's the section between the engine and transmission. If I remember right the manual says 30 weight non-detergent motor oil. The transmission and differential uses a heavy gear oil, such as 85w90, 90w, 140.
