1956 Case 210HB. Clutch issues

I am the new owner of what I think is a 210HB. This machine has a front bucket and full backhoe. I have the gasoline engine running OK now and the hydro for the front bucket seems to work well. The clutch pedal is right on the floor and flops up and down. There is only a small viewing port under the starter and I can't see much there. The shifter seems to move into each gear but I get nothing. Like it's stuck in neutral. The hydro pump for the backhoe that is on the PTO shaft doesn't make any pressure and doesn't get warm while the tractor is running. Doesn't seem like the PTO is spinning. I have seen some other posts on clutch plates stuck to flywheels and tractors stuck in gear, I guess I have the opposite issue.
I would like to ask the forum for suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help. Josh Gallagher

I am in the Portland, PA area. If there is anyone close, I would be willing to pay reasonable rates for help onsite.

The clutch disc on the flywheel runs everything you have mentioned. Sounds like a split at the bell housing/engine is due. The clutch disc hub is likely stripped from the plate.

The tractor is probably a 210BH. I agree your tractor needs to be split. It wouldn't surprise me if you didn't have to have another tractor with a front loader or a fork lift to get the backhoe off. I was able to get the front loader off mine without any additional equipment.

In addition to the clutch issues, i believe
I have a spring missing for the clutch
pedal itself. Does anyone have info or a
picture of that spring? The brake pedals on
the other side have some type of coil
spring.

Thanks
