SC Center Exhaust

Hello all! On a rust hunt I went on today, I stumbled across this poor old Center Exhaust at Biewer's Tractor Salvage here in Barnesville, MN. Started looking it over - front wheels are in bad shape, hood as been hacked up, and rear tires are junk... BUT, with all that said, it is a center exhaust with no cracks in the ribbed block. Motor is stuck too, but I was blown away when I checked the serial number... It is 4501964, which is FOUR tractors after mine! I have number 4501960! I wanted like heck to take this one home, but can't be bringing home any more tractors right now.

I did end up getting the very nice fenders off of it, as I will be restoring them for my SC. My standard shell fenders (in beautiful shape) will be up for sale if anyone is looking. Already painted with PPG single stage with a few scratches here and there.

Anyhow, enjoy the photos. I wish I could save this old girl, but it will be added to my registry.

Ken, I agree its hard to save them all, I know I bought a "SC" and planned to fix it up some and use, as it ran, but along came a better "SC" that needed the intake and exhaust so, off it came. And it save me a lot of money, and my other "SC" said thank you! Runs and sounds so good.
And the post.

Great pictures Ken, I enjoy those salvage scenes.

I just wish I could have brought it home... Took a few more photos while at the yard. Biewer's is really a sight to see if you have never been. Even had a 1918 Case Crossmotor 10-18 there. Motor loose, in very good shape.
