Will run 5-15 min at high idle with no issues. Then starts to die down and unless you back off throttle it will eventually shut off.

Replaced sediment bowl, carb, inline filter, points, coil, battery, plugs, wires and probably other things I'm forgetting.

I would think by running good some would mean compression is ok.

Any thoughts

A Jubilee is a ford so you should post this in the Ford forum.
That said there should not be an in line filter on a gravity flow tractor fuel system Throw that in line filter as far away form it and splice the line with some hose and I bet your problem goes away with the filter

Is your fuel cap vent working? I assume you unscrewed the sediment bowl from the tank and replaced it with a new one. Some times the inlet of the sediment bowl plugs up with rust. I agree throw the inline fuel filter away on gravity fed systems. At least, make sure it is a screen and not a filter. Filters need a pump.

I have had condensers work good cold but run poorly after getting warmed up.

If you think you need to use a fuel filter, get one for a large mower engine (12-16 hp).. THose are for gravity feed. Probably not much better than
the screen on your sediment bowl.

With the engine off, remove the drain plug on your carburetor and check the fuel flow to carburetor. If there is just a dribble coming out, then that's your problem.

Inline filter has been removed, new condenser has been installed, gas flow has been checked and is good.

Problem still remains

I had something floating around my gas tank (a rubber grommet) once that must have been in the gas, it plugged the tank from time to time at the worst times. I would check your gas tank and just see

That's the type of in-line fuel filter I use when I feel the need for a little extra filtration to the carburetor.

So new condenser why?????????? 50% of the time a new condenser is bad right out of the box and condenser almost NEVER go bad.
Time to trouble shoot. Fire it up then check these things.
#1 the moment it dies check that you have a good blue/white spark from the center wire of the cap and at all 4 plug wires that jumps a 1/4 inch gap or more.
#2 Pull the carb drain plug and make sure you get a good steady flow of gas that will fill a pint jar in less then 3 minutes.
#3 when was the last time you serviced the air cleaner and dumped the mud and water out of it and fill with fresh oil

I expect Old is much like me and has seldom had a condenser problem. One of my condenser problems was on an Onan engine on a 446 lawn mower. It would run fine for about 45 minutes and then start sputtering. The next day, after cool down, it would repeat sputtering again after about 45 minutes. This went on for several days and other parts getting replaced. A new condenser fixed that problem. The Bosch mag on my C Case did something similar a few years back and a new condenser fixed that problem.

Is the old coil and the new coil right for the battery voltage? About that vintage of time, there was a resistor in the battery line to some coils that would lower the running voltage to the coil. Does the coil seem overly hot when it starts missing?

I have had my share of problems with the points gap, lobes, and worn distributor shafts. Is the Jubilee good in this regard?

Not sure how you check the fuel flow. That can be tricky.

One thing you may try that is pretty easy. If it has a muffler, pull it off and see if it fixes it. A muffler with partial obstruction would cause
the tractor to strangle itself under wide open throttle.

Good info from all. Have a guy coming to look at it in a few days so we'll let you know what he finds. If nothing then we'll start over in case something simple got missed during this time.
This is a tractor that was mine and now a friend is having this trouble with it so I feel obligated to help

Not sure where you are located, but I have been thinking about this, do you have a oil bath air cleaner check to see if it has water or ice in it. I had that with my loader tractor,(was over full and could not run over high idle) I emptied out and fresh oil, and it run like a charm.

As stated before this was a tractor I used to have so I was not with the tractor during all these problems. However it has been determined that the screw that holds the correct gap in the points was allowing them to slip. The points have been replaced with one of those electronic non contact assemblies and all is well. Thanks to all of you who offered help.

As some stated, check that the vented gas cap is working properly. Also check that the intake is not clogged. I had that happen a few weeks ago on a John Deere B.
