Retard Valve adjustment tool

Does anyone know where I can get a retard valve clutch adjustment tool for the Case 1070 powershift ..???

What kind of tool is it, whats it look like. All I've ever used is a 7/16 wrench and a screwdriver to adjust the retards on a powershift.

It's an electronics box with lights and two sensors..the light are activated by the sensors recieving oil pressures though the C ports on the top of the trans.
Could I ask what the specifics are on your adjustment the way you did it???
