1370 and Brown Tree Cutter

It seems to do a good job running the tree cutter, I use the 1370 on it and my 1570
On my 8ft chopper, I love using them because they are nice and quiet running at 1300rpm and use hardly any fuel even compared to using the 930 running 1900rpm, the old 1370 and 1570 have plenty of low end torque.

That's one nice sounding motor. A couple summers ago, my son and I were at the family farm and could hear a tractor on the neighbors farm that sounded really unique. I couldn't place it, so we took a drive up and found a guy pulling a discbine with what I think was a 1470. First time I ever saw an articulated tractor mowing hay

Were you deliberately steering around the western red cedar trees?? We call them ditch cedars here and they will take over a pasture or road ditch if not kept cut back. Are you reclaiming crp ground. just wondering what your up to. gobble

I was clearing a lot for a customer, I do this on the side just for extra money, I usually just leave the trees that aren't brush.
