Don Rudolf Case dealers in north central Ohio Weisz Bros on route us20 between Bellevue and Clyde from 1957 to 1974. Lester Wiesz died of cancer. Case power and equip open up in 1976 on the east side of Bellevue across from the IH dealership. run by Jim Hoffman. that was bought out by Seven Limer,s and called Seven limer,s Power and Equip and was in business till the meager but kept the industrial division. North Fairfield had a dealer by the name of Ralph Underwood and he retired and then worked for Henry Bros in Perrysburg. I can,t recall the name of his dealership, maybe one of the Henry Bros. remember. I used to call Henry Bros.for parts and Ralph would drop them off on his way home.I also bought an 1971 870 PS diesel from Henry Bros. through Ralph which I still have.Keith

Keith, Jim Hoffman became my Dads blockman! Small world! Wonder what happen to him

Can't imagine recording all J.I. Case Dealers in early days as a contract was not hard to obtain. Two gas stations in my area sold letter series plus Dealer owner at Reynolds Il wore bedroom slippers at his business while dealer in Burgess Il used new inventory on his farm and called them "demonstrators". Can't see ih or Deere putting up with that stuff?

@dwag, guess you didn't see in other area's, a local IHC dealership had ownership that the blockman from the company needed to see the dealer early in the morning, as he was already drinking in the afternoon and would want to move the meeting with them to the bar. And I have lots of Deere and IHC stories, doing what you just said about Case dealers. A different time. I have seen lots of gas station dealers of all brands
