DB885 with clutch issues, since the fuel tank is off for....

Have the fuel tank off my new-to-me DB885 diesel to address wiring problems. Looks like it will take a new harness to fix what is left of the wiring behind the dash. Am in search of an in U.S. source for the tank mounts, idiot lights, light switch and a horn button. In the mean time....

The tractor has issues with the PTO clutch not disengaging. Laycock type. Might just be an adjustment. Since the tank off anyway, I'm wondering if the casting under the tank comes off easily? Would it be worth removing it for a look-see at the clutch?

Think I answered my own question. Found the inspection plate on the right side. Through it I can see and do all that is necessary.

On different note; Tractor has the Laycock clutch pedal as shown in the shop manual but it is without the smaller lever and latch looking thing to the inside of the main pedal. Definitely does not look anything like the single stage clutch pedal. Adjusted the pedal free play and the pressure plate bolt clearance just like the book says for the Laycock two stage but can't find a picture that matches my pedal. Guess it is a two stage clutch? I'd hate to go to the trouble to split the tractor to free a PTO clutch that isn't there. BTW, tractor isn't running to test the clutch after adjustments.
