And also

The tractor only running about 95-100
degrees
Turn it off and it climes to about 115
New gauge the last one was the same way
What temp should it run

Tractor is running like a,top

Well to start with if you have the sediment bow land screen that is all the filter you need. Many in line filters need a fuel pump for them to work like they should. As for temp good chance it does not have a thermostat in it or it is bad

The fuel filter will never fill up. If it's running fine don't worry about it.

Old is right about the screen in the sediment bowl, and there should be one in the brass elbow where the fuel line attaches. The temperature went up because the circulation of the antifreeze had stopped, along with the cooling fan. Are you sure the radiator is full? Check the thermostat as Old had told you. It fits in the upper radiator hose and sits on top of the outlet attached to the head. A 180 degree thermostat should be a good one for the VAC.
