Summer Tractor Rides

Are there any 2-3 day Tractor rides in the Kansas City
Mo area this summer?
I can?t seem to find much info online if there are any.

Yes, I think so. Platte County has a tractor club. My neighbor is in it. I just got a tractor this year and it is a VAC so it is probably too slow. IF you can't find reference on the net, I will find out from my neighbor when he gets home from vacation

Central Iowa
Our daughter is in KC for a while and thought I would drop wife off for shopping adventure while I drive the speedy Case

They do a Ride Across IA every year, check at WHO, or maybe "The Des Moines Register".

It may not be in a parade, but if you come on out you can ride a Case tractor in the hay field. You can have your pick of a 400, 1210, 1494, 1070, 2094, 2096, 2394, 4894, 5220, or MX 120. Maybe by next year I will have the 2 DC's I grew up on restored.

Some of the Platte Co guys went to Nebraska for that giant ride a few years ago. In fact my other orange tractor (CA ALLIS) went on that ride. I will ask my neighbor when he gest back if they ever have or plan to have multi day rides. I am in Platte co, NE of the airport. My brother organizes the Freeze Your Nuts and Bolts off Tractor ride in Marcus Ia about 3rd week in January. Not a multi day nor would you want it to be. I go up and ride in that one on his neighbors MM. Those yellow tractors are over represented. There are usually 15 tractors mostly the usual IH and JD, but he has a fleet of MM and usually gets 2 or 3 in there. My brother has his Ford. Another brother drives my Dad's Oliver. No Case tractors ever on that ride or on there summer ride. Maybe you can fix that. They had two riders trailer in tractors from Eastern Ia for the winter run. One M farmall and one 60 Oliver. You probably have seen that 60 as he said he did 3600 miles last year alone on rides. Both winter and summer rides are 50 miles with a warm up about mile 12, lunch at 25 and warmup at same spot on the way home. I have been on most of them. I think -8 was the coldest start. This year was almost boring with a starting temp of 25 or so and 51 by 3pm.
