Found a possible parts tractor. A 530 diesel, hand and foot clutch, appears to be dual range, with an Eagle Hitch and non-live PTO. Engine looks different than my 530, with some sort of metal affair running down the right side of the head (looking from rear) that has "plugs" connected with a metal strip. I assume it's a glo plug type set up? Going to try and locate owner and see about price.

When did they stop the Eagle Hitch?

the early 188's had four "glow plugs" in the manifold, EH was dropped in 64 production I think, the hand clutch gives you a Constant running pto, you use the hand clutch to stop tractor movement but keep the pto running

Bret,When you get another look at it, look closer at the range shift cover. It should have the shift patter cast into the cover. It is likely a triple range tractor. The range lever moves up from Direct Drive to neutral and then slides out (right) and then forward to pick up low range. High Range is forward all the way from DD, opposite from a dual range.
Bro has the change over from EH to DOM. I have a 63 EH 440, and my 431T has DOM and is a mid 64 tractor.
