David Brown 885 question?

I asked a little while back about adding remote hydraulics to a 885. Well I bought the tractor. The serial # is 885N 647228. I'm guessing the "N" stands for narrow, is that right and if so can I still add a remote.i read somewhere you can't do it on a narrow 885. How about it ArleninOr or RGMartin, got anything that will work.

Even if it doesn't have a place to install the factory remotes, you could steal hydraulics via the 3 point hitch valve(pulled into SELECT mode), a "3 way valve"(to direct oil away from the 3 point ram) , then add a simple open center spool valve.

That is how many of the factory loader installs were done.
 
Are you able to post a photo of the area of the camel's hump?

Heck, post some photos of the whole tractor while you are at it. Not sure if I've ever seen an 885N.
 
What RG said. I think that I saved one of those set-ups off of a tractor. May even have pictures of how it was installed.
 
If I take power at the three point hitch will I still be able to use the three point along with the re mote at the same time or will the three point be inoperative. If you have a 3-way valve setup I would be interested. How do I get your e-mail. Also I would gladlypost pictures if I knew how..Can someone tell me how. It would be from a Samsung Galaxy tablet.
