Question for Dieseltech

I was pushing snow today with my Case 480C loader-backhoe when it started to miss. I had you rebuild the roosa-master pump and check the injectors a couple years ago. With black and blue smoke, it really didn't seem to lack much power. It was snowing heavily so thought air filter got plugged with snow. Pulled the filter and started engine with no change. I'm running power service white bottle in my fuel. I don't think it's plugged fuel filters with the black/blue smoke....or could it be? Please advice what could be wrong. Of course, any other posters want to jump in feel free.

Thanks in advance.

The fuel filter MAY be choked enough to upset the injection pump speed advance curve, could also happen with a restricted fuel tank vent. No fuel out if no air in..

Dieseltech, loosened fuel cap and changed fuel filters. Runs like a top again. Fuel cap w/breather is rusty. Will pick-up a new one on Monday. Thanks a bunch for the tip.
