Looking for some info. I'm going to look at a David Brown 885. I've never been around one,so I'm looking for any input you may care to give. Also it doesn't have rear remotes which I'd like to add. How pratical(expensive) would it be to add remotes?

Thanks for any comments. Bob

ArleninOr, Thanks for replying. I'm going to look at it(buy it) Monday. I'll let you know if I get it. Yes, I would be interested in a remote if you have one.

Thanks, Bob

The camels hump is behind the 3 point lever, and looks like its name. It comes off, and an adapter plate goes on that the valves stack up on.
It may already have the adapter on it, pictures will tell.

Thanks for the reply RG. I'm not sure what you mean by the camel's hump? It's a 1975-76 Case David Brown in the white and orange colors. Thanks, Bob

Bob. I may have an extra remote valve off an 885.

Easy to add the remotes, under an hours work.
If it has the camels hump, You will need the remote valve(or two), the base, and top plate.
I sold the last extra set I had for $250.
