CASE 445 Tractor

My Dad picked up a Case 445 gas tractor yesterday. SN 8265170. Has 3pt and Power steering, 14.9-24 rear tires. We're told its probably an old air force tractor (perhaps it even has some form of marking, I forgot to ask). He sent me the attached photo of it, the hood is in the bed of the truck, there is a cattle chute behind it on the trailer.

I don't see any references to such a tractor here in the SN look up or parts section, nor did it come up on google, or in the Case IH ag online parts parts store or the Case Industrial online parts store. So, anyone know the year?
And how/where to get parts? Unfortunately preliminary analysis says the motor is locked up, dad pulled the plugs and #1 looks like it has rust on the wall.

Your new tractor is of the ?430? family and will be in parts book that way.
4= 430 series
4= spark ignition
5= LCK designation
1965 model

Thanks for the information.
What dose LCK designation mean?
So the engine parts listed here for the 430 should fit, provided we select the right motor size, bores, etc that one normally has to check when ordering parts on these old tractors?
