1030 rear end?

Do any of you guy know if this is a 1030 rear end by this casting number and serial number, also in the top corner of the picture with the clutch pedal shaft, I've never noticed the round casting on other tractots before, this is a parts rear end for my pulling tractor I'm buying. It's a bare rear end, with no obvious signs of being from a 1030 that I can tell.
Thanks
Ben

I checked the Caseih parts site and indeed the clutch housing uses that casting number for the part number, the tranny case number is the same as your casting number except is finished with a 7, I find it unusual that a casting number is used as a part number but I think based on the pics and some cross checking and a bit of deducing that you do indeed at least have the same castings as a 1030 but would not be surprised if other models used the same castings, there was a lot of commonality between the 9-1030 and would not be surprised if the 9 used those same castings

Thanks for the info,
I will have a better look at it on Friday when I pick it
up, I was looking at a bunch of parts so I quickly
snapped a couple of pics. I think its fairly late
because of the serial number tag and it has the full
and add bosses in the casting for the sight glasses
Thanks
Ben
