Was it Hesston that made the Case haybines? I remember a friend buying parts for a Case haybine that had the Hesston name on the packages. I think it was the PTO slip clutch that needed to be replaced.

My friend also had a ford baler that was made by Hesston. He bought it used to bale cornstalks with, because his Case 230 baler didn'5 have enough capacity to bale cornstocks. The gear box busted on the ford baler, so he replaced it with one from a Case 230 parts baler he had. The two gear boxes looked identical, except the paint color.

That is interesting info the case-hesston connection I have seen many times but killsbury to macdon connection I did not know.I have wondered where macdon came from as there are not many around here.Learned somthing new today.Scott

Scott, they way I understand it it was Killsbury then Renn then I am not sure if there was one more then Macdon I assume you know Renn made MH and MF swathers for many years

Case Nutty I did not know about Renn to MH-MF connection as not many massey products around here.Nothing against Massey as I did own a MF 85 tractor once then sold to neighbor then he wore it out.I do know 81 hay tender was built by New Idea.My knowledge bump grew today. Thanks for sharing.Scott

I have one a way up Nort.
Hope to get it home this spring.
I'll let you know when I do in case you get up this way so you can look it over. I was hoping it was a 755 when I bought it but wasn't that lucky. It's the only one I've ever seen myself. Still looking for a 755. One with a double swath attachment would be nice since I'ma wishing.

It did help to see them Tom, love that strip farming, and your herd! Thanks for taking the time to post them
