In response to NickatKY, my grandfather farmed with all Case equipment. The newspaper clipping is from 1962 so he was farming with a Case 530 diesel triple range wide front end tractor with a front end loader. This tractor had no power steering, the front end was welded at least twice. He also had the Case Dc 1950 model which I bought back. As for the Case elevator system I don't really know anything about it. I was too young when it was used. He had an E-10 mowing machine, a MTA two bottom slat moldboard plow. Which I still have. Case drag disk. Case 220 square baler. Case hay rake. In the past he had a Vac in the forties. I think it may have been a 1947 model. I may have forgotten about some other Case equipment he may have had. He had all Case equipment because he liked the Case Dealer in Knoxville, TN. His last tractor would have been a Case except for the man that owned the dealership died and his offspring ran it into the ground.
