Driving home

You'll probably be alright. A few years back I sold a 1070 to a guy who promptly drove it about 150 miles home. Left here about 8:00 in the evening and drove all night. He made it okay. When he first told me he would drive it home I said the tires were in poor shape and I wouldn't recommend doing that. He said, "Oh it's okay - it's got duals. If one goes flat there's still the other one!" Couldn't argue that logic!

Neighbor drove Massey from Beloit WI, to La Crosse WI. He drove 5 hours the evening of the first day, got a room for the night, got up the next morning and drove the remainder, home before noon. No one could tell the difference on the tires.

I suggest you have plenty of warning lights. The drivers are nuts these days and have little patience for slower moving vehicles.

My dads cousin bought a DC near Janesville, WI. in the month of January. They took turns driving it about 86 miles to Platteville, WI. They were still young and full of P&V back then, and. I imagine a little beer along the way.

I drove a G-1000 Vista MM 280 miles home and a 6030 JD 230 miles home...It was the most fun I've ever had..
