400 Super Diesel Questions

Trying to become more educated on 400 Super's. I have read about the differences between 400's and 400 Super's. I understand they were built for 3 months in 1957 starting with serial number 8106131. I also am unaware of a source for specific production numbers. My questions are: What is the latest serial number Super anyone knows of? The latest one I have seen is 8107310, built on September 19, 1957. Also saw a Super Diesel high crop that sold on a Mecum Auction in Davenport, IA in April of 2015, brought $26,000. It was advertised as 1 of 8 built. I see in production numbers that 24 model 403's (Diesel High Crops) were built in 1957, how do we know only 8 of them were Super's? I guess I am curious about production numbers and really the time period these were built (which months in 1957). Thanks in advance.
 
Ross Richwine is the 400 Racine Technical Advisor in OLD ABE NEWS ,and his address is 2587 15th Ave in Alexis Il.61412. You may write him,and he may be able to answer any inquiries you may have. Looking back on your recent posts in the Archives, I see that you have been in contact with Joan @ CNH. She is another source. Another collector, AKA Widefront has a Super, and he may share his serial number with you. He lurks around on this forum from time to time. Best of luck CM.

according to build cards, thought strange how the newer one has a lower number.
 
The last 400 super diesel built was sn# 8107421 and was a high crop (403) and there was only 8 made.

Do you have production numbers of other super diesel models or only for the 403's? Thanks
