Laid down for a long winter's nap I see. I wanted to put my SC away for the winter last week and it wouldn't start. Mag impulse coupler not clicking. Grrr.

That 400 is sure a beauty Chuck, it should be out doing honest farm work, they get lazy just sittin' around you know. LOL Don

I have a Christmas Parade coming up, and Conner aka Ben, found me a BER 3-14 that I am restoring, so she is not too far off from doing some large garden plots in the spring. You know spring is just around the corner

Chuck, I can't tuck my SC away for the winter. It's too handy to just put away. Winter is when it gets worked the hardest, on the 10"X42' truck auger. It brings the temp gauge right up there.

Chuck, I am a bit confused! Not so long ago you posted that you were selling the 400 and purchasing a lettered series.Hmmm!Or was that the story you told your wife so you could get another tractor?? Your secret is safe with us!

Yes , I did put her up for sale, and a fellow said yes, I will take her. and arrangements were made for pick up. I have not heard from him since. I think his wife intervened ,and said no way are you getting a tractor. SOOOOOOO I still have her, and still looking for a 30 series to round out my collection. Now with that said, my wife , who put up a fuss about me buying the 411 in the first place, fussed a bit when I told her I was selling it. Darned if I do,and darned if I don't. I think she really has a soft spot for the old girl parked in the shop . Just saying. CM

I found a 100' Cottonwood on the farm here, and it acts like a air conditioner when you sit under. Plus barley pop! I know Chuck you would understand!
