Case loader

Dad passed away last winter and left us several tractors. One being a 1954 SC. It has a Case loader on it that I'm not really interesting in. The tractor has an Eagle hitch so that's why I'd like to keep the tractor. I don't need another loader tractor, have a 560 with a Dual loader and a M with a loader also.

Am I looking at just scrap or is the Case loader worth something? If I remember right, the bucket would bleed down but the arm hydraulics would hold fine. Its in western Montana.

Well I'll darned! You never know who'll need something. I live in Missouri right now and won't be back to the farm until next April to plant. But if you are interested and want to wait until next spring, you can have first say for it. Give me a call at 417-three four three - 8419 sometime in the evening.

SorryI didn't get back to ou last night but I had band rehearsal and didn't get home until 9:30 MDT. I'll try to call tonight.

(quoted from post at 21:07:22 10/25/17) I sure wouldn't scrap it.

Nope, not going to scrap it. Tubacase47 or Tom called me last night from Montana and we had a nice chat. We will work out a deal on the loader. He might even be interested in the SC industrial or SI that I have. Good community here!

Hey Tom (TubaCase47), I haven't forgot about you and our discussion about the Case loader. If you are still interested, I'm still holding that loader for you. I didn't have a minute to spare while in Montana in April getting the field of oats planted. I plan to move out to the home place the first part of July.

Depending on how the oats has grown by then, I might be able to have the loader removed for you shortly thereafter. Or it might be later in July if the oats is ready to cut for baling.

I didn't realize how much of a celebrity you are over on RPM and good friends with Mr. Gary Yaeger (Old Binder Guy). It took me a few pages of reading his post that has gone on for years to place you. It sounds like Mr. Yaeger and you are cut from the same cloth as my father was. You have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to old Case equipment. I'm in the process of reading that entire topic, I might get it completed this year! lol Lots of great information there. Hope to talk to you again soon.
