Case 830 hydraulics

Just got 830 back from the shop. Had a seal replaced, hydraulic oil changed and new filter. Went to disk and tractor will only lift the ram part way. Any ideas? thx
 
Milt: A pressure check @ the remotes is the 1st order of business. Is the cylinder too small for the disc? CASE is a low pressure system, requiring a larger diameter cylinder.
 
I presume that you have both of the cylinder hoses hooked to either the top couplings or the bottom ones. Did the shop by any chance screw up the locations of the remote hoses, so you are not paired top and bottom anymore??? Can't see it from here so it is hard to say.
