Case 431 power steering cyl rebuild

I have a late s/n 430 with 2 cylinders under the oil pan.i have removed the rear mounting bolts and removed the fitting from the cylinder and inner snap ring but can't get tube to slide off of the rod. Lol me LP LP LP

Sounds like you are not going about this correctly. If I understand you, you are trying to separate the piston from the cylinder in the chassis. Cylinder must be removed intact 1st. Your next step is to remove the nut from the front of the cylinder, then "roll" the cylinder out of place, then finish removing the piston on the workbench.
