Wrench to tighten 530 head bolts

Making a head bolt wrench for my 159 gas I'm working on. 11/16 nuts. Now I will have 9/16", 5/8", and 11/16" head bolt wrench I have had to
make. I'll need to remove the rocker arm assembly in order to torque the head. Pretty hard to find original head bolt wrenches. I did see a used
Snap on 11/16" head bolt wrench for 45.00 on. E bay! Dick

It looks as good as my Mac and OTC ones that I have.

I ended up getting one of these for about $15 and worked fine on G148 head. I had read that you were to keep it straight in line with the wrench to work correctly with your torque wrench.

I tested it on a bolt in a vice with and without on the torque wrench by backing it off a few lbs and over a few lbs, then trying it without the extensions to see where it clicked. Seemed to be right on, as long as it was inline with the wrench when applying the torque.

I have the 11/16 by Snap-On. I have used the extensions like dkeav has extensively at my day job, when used at other then a 90 deg angle you need to compensate for leverage. Go to this link, it will calculate the compensation for you.
