Thanks for sharing these, and the other series of photos the past few days. Awesome collection of Case equipment you have, and the WY landscape never gets old.

Are the small auger sections in the combine hopper to even out the mound as it builds?

Thank you for the comments and yes those are leveling augers, not sure if I posted this one but you can see them in it

As far as a small tractor it gets used more than the rest of them I have, I am going to do a letter series post when I get done here and she will be in there a lot, love that little tractor I have owned it over 30 year now

Yes Tom, harvest is a special time to me too. I saw many things I like in your pictures, yea that is a nice gravel truck, but your old Dodge is really special to me, if not mistaken that series of Dodge had a swing out fender, to get at the engine, am I correct?
I'm glad you still use the "1660", heck even thou parts are high, your cost per dollar using that over a 500k new one, well its a no brainer as they say. I remember you told me once a gal, I think in the coffee shop said to you why do you use that old stuff. Gee if they only knew

You are truly the "Threshing King" on the "1660" J.I.Case

Dan I did have one slight breakdown this year with the 1660, this rive housing broke but I am lucky enough to have parts on hand and was back running in less than 30 min and that included going back to the shop to get a replacement housing gears were like new still, I thought I had snapped pics of the repair but I must not have
