Case 312 interest?

I know nothing about case tractors, especially this. Don't know the owner or affiliated in any way. Just spotted it and if it's as limited production as he says, thought some case guys might like a lead.

It's a 312 because of the starburst 36" rear cast centers. The 312 was available with single,dual and wide front. The dual or tricycle front shown above is the most
common. The 311 came with 28" rear wheels. Nick
 
Someone has also hacked the hood up pretty bad also. It is hard and expensive to find a good complete hood with side covers. That will hurt the resale value pretty bad.
The color is pretty ugly also. It is far from being a "diamond in the rough"

Don't be afraid of bringing anything to our attention. I was in error by not noticing the larger rear wheels on the tractor.
 
She's a little rough...but so was the one below. Not many produced (the seller's production number is correct) and a lot of unique parts on the 302 and 312, particularly around the eagle hitch mounting. It is different from the 310/311, and different from the 350/351 setup.
