310 Manifold Torque?

Hey everyone-

I am minus a shop manual currently until I find one at a reasonable price! HA! Does anyone have any idea what the nuts/studs get torqued to when reinstalling a manifold on a Case 310? In this case (pun intended), its a 310c. Also, any ideas on where to go for Case specific parts aside from here and Steiners? Thanks for the help!
 
I don't know if dozer is different. Specs for 1956 - 1959 300/300B series wheel tractors with 148 cid gas engine.
