dwag 2390 update

Split the tractor again and took the power shift apart. I don't see no damage to the back C2 plate or any other damage that's causing the grinding. What are our thoughts of the possibility the grinding is coming from the transmission component being bad/damaged? That's the only thing I can think of.

I have been following this but make no clams to be any kind of expert. That said, Did you verify that you DO have C4 pressure with pedal down?

Shift Forks In the 4 Speed part / ours Has that Problem & needs to be fixed =the Forks Wear out on the Shift Coller.

If there is grinding occurring with the pedal down and C4 is engaged properly with zero pressure in the remaining clutch circuits, the output shaft of the powershift is turning unless you are coasting and then of course the pinion shaft is turning yet. I did not follow this problem earlier and do not know if this always continue to grind regardless of how long you wait or if it is just a momentary grind after depressing pedal. Rod.
