Some recent pictures for everybody

Some recent pictures: We have been slowly getting things finished up from the summer and prepped for the fall. Some good Case pictures coincidentally resulted. The case plows and the car with the phone number
are plows that are for sale near Colfax Iowa that my father and I stumbled across. The steel with the holes drilled in it is an extra long landside that I have been creating. The white dog is my brother's. Her
name is Siss (not his choice). She was kept in a very small cage and neglected since she was a pup and belonged to his neighbors. He convinced them to sell the dog so it could go to the farm and run free like
it should. It is the nicest (and now happiest) dog you have ever seen!

Hope everyone enjoys.

Connor9988--Nice pictures. Like the results of the dog story.. Hard to figure out people sometimes in why they even have a dog. Would you have the dates for the next tractor club meeting, Case club I mean. Thanks.

RBnWA, we have to do what we can to make NLA and specialty parts. Part of the fun of the antique tractor game.

Gary, if I remember correctly the next meeting is November 18th at the Marshall County Jail. There should be a newsletter rolling out soon with more details.

I am curious as to how you create the recessed square holes for the plow bolts on your home made landsides. Or do you attach them just using machine bolts?

Bradley Believe it or not I drill the holes then use my plasma cutter. That s 5/8 thick used cutting edge for graders from the county garage. RB

I can see a plasma cutter and a real stray hand working on the hard grader blade. I would wonder though about it doing an acceptable job in hot rolled plate, like Connor appears to be using. But , of course, Connor's file would be a long time fitting squared holes in the grader blade, too. Interesting stuff!

Bradley I went with cutting edge because of hardness and it s free. Believe me the holes aren t perfect. They er good nuff for who their for. I do enjoy making stuff for my old girls and the emplements that go with them. RB
