Hello Everyone. Just joined the website. But let me thank you as I have referenced it many times since getting a 990 at the beginning of the summer. Need help with this one though. I have tried to search for this topic as I know forums hate duplicate topics but everything comes up discussing clutch adjustment and I dont think that is my problem.
My PTO engagement lever doesn't seem to lock into the disengaged position. Unless I place a block of wood under it to keep it in the neutral position, it wants to fall and engage itself. If the tractor is moving it just kind of bounces off the gears. Once I push the clutch in, it of course engages itself. Is there an internal stop that has worn off that could be fixed by replacing the lever itself? See video link below.
I have another similar problem with the parking brake but I still have to search the threads for an answer. Thanks in advance for all your help. Hopefully as I learn I can be of some assistance as well.
