New neighbour acquired a 2294 with the farm he bought but has issues that are puzzling
# 1 it has no grunt when you depress the pedal and both switches under the dash were checked and are good
#2 it will grunt if you put it in reverse and then you can put it in gear
we have found a couple issues one being a bad coil on a power shift solenoid and replaced the circuit board with one we knew was good. What we need is for it to grunt when its supposed to not in reverse.
Suggestions????
 
my first thought was circuit board,but you changed that,what about the preasure switchs on the valve body?have you checked hyd.press. at v.body?electric plug under cab above v.body
 
as was mentioned check the pressure switches, if they go bad she won't grunt and won't go into gear or shift right once its there. Could also be a corroded terminal somewhere, It would be alot easier for you to diagnose if you get access to case's trouble shooting box. They can eliminate alot of hunting in a short period of time.
