The roll pins through the collar of the rubber into the seat bracket? The one came out with just beating the daylights out of it with a proper roll pin punch. The other was a little mushroomed on the end, so we ground the top down a bit and was able to beat it out. Make no mistake they're in there very good.

The bronze bushings came out pretty easy, and new ones went right in by putting in freezer for a few hours and tapping in with a socket/extension as a driver. The new rubbers are tapered on the center collar portion and had some excess rubber and paint causing fitting problems. We had to clean that up with a burr grinder and some emory cloth until everything was tight, but actually went together. Once figured out how they were supposed to be put back, applied some lube and tapped everything together, installed new roll pins and cotter keys.
