Well guys it looks like this head is tired!
Exhaust valve looks bad and guide has a lot of play at both ends which is to be expected
Well Steve like you say at least we know the problem. Exploring Machine shops at this time

One question the exhaust guide is concave at the top - by design or is this the result of excessive wear?
