1944 Case SC headlight lens

Need to replace one lens. Tractor is many miles away, what was the typical lens size on these? 6"? I know it is bigger then Farmall but forgot to measure it. Dad tried to put a piece of plexiglass in it but it needs a curved lens.

If it has the original light it is 5-3/4. Not a lot of online suppliers showing them right now, but st@#ners has them listed on their site, kinda pricy. Might as
well get a new gasket for the lens since its so far away...Tom

Hmmm. I need one too, for the, "back up," light. I see in the same place as you noted, but just have not wanted to spring for the price......yet. I keep hoping one will turn up in one of my old lights in my misc. light box. They are a pretty good outfit though; just got some other things from them yesterday.

There may be other lenses that show up on Ebay that may fit that aren't listed as Case. I'd like to know the size of the lens so I might be able to match it up. Thanks everyone.
