The Name Says It All

When CASE was developing this attachment it would have been interesting to see the list of names they had to choose from when trying to name it. Names like Bale thrower, Ejector, Bumper, Blaster, Shooter and we could go on and on. This is on a baler I just picked up yesterday, it does work but I doubt I will ever use it. Does anyone use these yet? Did they ever become popular in area's. Never seen any around here. Rod.

I would love to find a 220 or 230 baler with one. Came close to getting one a few times, but never quit got the deal done in time. You have to have your baler right and making a nice tight bale.

Did this come out in the late 1950s? Rockets and satellites were the rage then. Oldsmobile Rocket 88, the rocket exhaust tail lights on many cars in the mid to late 50s, and so on. Just curious....

they do Launch them as they use the plunger stroke the send them Flying, unlike others who have belts that throw them,, I bet Bro will comment

I've wanted to find one of those for my collection too. Case bakers were not popular around my area, but throwers were. Dad had a Massey 124 baler with the belt type for many years.

Yes, agree Rod, and I wonder how many are still out there. I have a few balers, but none with the attachment
