Case 930

I am looking to put a M and W turbo charger on my Case 930 and
am wondering if I can use one from a 1030 or 830 or if it has to be for
a 930. Thanks.

I would not turbo a 30 series tractor. BTDT. The head design is very poor. Intake air, and hot exhaust gases have to be taken in, and exhausted out the LH side of the engine. This builds a lot of heat, and cracks the heads. Just poor operational practices would cause heads to crack, without adding more fuel and intake air to them.

I put a turbo on my 520 6 banger diesel and a inline bosch pump and cranked the fuel up and it pulled like hell! Hoss
